At Smeg Appliance Parts, we want to ensure your kitchen remains functional; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused part in its original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the part's serial number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused Smeg component in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all protective inserts and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided RMA label and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the part for integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
